The dining halls There are three dining halls at UChicago:

Baker Dining Commons: Campus North and Vue 53's house tables are here

Bartlett Dining Commons: Max Palevsky, Stony Island, and Snell-Hitchcock's house tables are here

Cathey Dining Commons: Renee Granville-Grossman, International House and Burton Judson's house tables are here

4th Meal starts shortly after the dining halls and goes on until midnight. Late night cravings of all sorts (nachos, mini-tacos, chicken fingers etc.) are offered. Changes locations each quarter.

There are plenty of coffee shops to chose from on campus. Peruse the list below to find one that works for you:

Cobb Coffee Shop: Basement of Cobb Hall

Ex Libris Cafe: First floor of the Regenstein Library

Grounds of Being: Basement of the Divinity School

Hallowed Grounds: Second floor of Reynolds Club

Harper Cafe: Third floor of Harper Memorial Library

Non-student run:

Starbucks: 55th and Woodlawn, 57th and Drexel, and 57th and Ellis (U of C Bookstore)

Dollop Coffee: Ground floor of Campus North Residential Commons

Pret a Manger: In Hutchison Commons

Plein Air Cafe: In the Seminary Co-op

Cafe Logan: In the Logan Center for the Arts

Robust Coffee Lounge: 63rd and Woodlawn
