The International Encyclopaedia of Laws (IEL) Insurance Law includes information in book-length form written in English for 19 countries.  The monographs are written by legal academics and/or practitioners with expertise in insurance law for those countries.  The monographs enable comparative research in insurance law.  These monographs include a general introduction on insurance law followed by specialized chapters on the insurance company, the insurance contract, property and liability insurance, insurance of the person, insurance intermediaries, reinsurance, co-insurance, pooling, taxation of insurance, and risk management and prevention.  A more detailed Table of Contents follows:
