Access most Library databases, e-journals, and e-books from off-campus by authenticating with your CNetID and password.

If you are not propmpted for a CNetID, use IT Services' ProxyIt! bookmarklet to manually direct the resource through the web proxy.

Use the links below to easily access information.  Find your favorite journals with the E-Journals list.  Use PubMed and MEDLINE to find the latest research in your field.  DynaMed and UpToDate provide quick, evidence-based summaries of clinical topics.  AccessMedicine and MD Consult include many features, including e-textbooks, drug information, patient education, guidelines, images, and more.  STAT!Ref includes e-textbooks, as well as an evidence-based clinical tool, ACP's PIER (The Physicians' Information and Education Resource).

Biomedical Resources in the Library

The online and print collections of the Library encompass all areas of the medical & health sciences and related basic biological sciences, with emphasis given to current and emerging areas of biomedical research, teaching, and patient care at the University of Chicago.
