Step 4: Searching for Books & Book Chapters
When conducting a preemption check, don't forget to search for books, including book chapters, on your topic.

- Google Books This link opens in a new windowSearch the full text of millions of books and magazines. Double check citation information for books that you want to cite in your research -- scholars have reported metadata errors, such as incorrect authors or publication dates.
How to Get a Book
If you find a book that you'd like to obtain, search for it in the library catalog to see if it's available on campus or as an ebook:
