Getting Started
Technical Reports and Preprints can be found in both print and electronic formats. This guide provides access to those in science, medicine and technology that are helpful for faculty, students and staff who are conducting research in those specific areas.

Off-campus Access
Almost all Library databases can be accessed from off-campus. The easiest way to do this is to use links from the Library website. You will then be prompted for your CNetID and password to authenticate yourself as an authorized user.
If you find sources through Google Scholar or other search engines, you may not automatically get access to Library resources. Use the ProxyIt bookmarklet or Libkey Nomad in these situations. There's more information on these in our guide to off-campus access.
Interlibrary Loan & Scan and Deliver
- Interlibrary LoanYou can request any article, book chapter or book that the Library does not own through this service. Articles and chapters will be scanned and emailed to you.
- Scan and DeliverThis service sends you scanned copies from print material owned by our library usually within 4 business days.
