BioGRID
BioGRID is an interaction repository with data compiled through comprehensive curation efforts. It includes publications for protein and genetic interactions, chemical associations and post translational modifications from major model organism species. All data are freely provided via our search index and available for download in standardized formats.

ZFIN serves as the zebrafish model organism database. The long term goals for ZFIN are a) to be the community database resource for the laboratory use of zebrafish, b) to develop and support integrated zebrafish genetic, genomic and developmental information, c) to maintain the definitive reference data sets of zebrafish research information, d) to link this information extensively to corresponding data in other model organism and human databases, e) to facilitate the use of zebrafish as a model for human biology and f) to serve the needs of the research community.

Digital Morphology
Digital Morphology, part of the National Science Foundation Digital Libraries Initiative, develops and serves unique 2D and 3D visualizations of the internal and external structure of living and extinct vertebrates, and a growing number of 'invertebrates.' The Digital Morphology library contains more than a terabyte of imagery of natural history specimens that are important to education and central to ongoing cutting-edge research efforts. The Digital Morphology library site now serves imagery, optimized for Web delivery, for more than 1000 specimens contributed by almost 300 collaborating researchers from the world's premiere natural history museums and universities.
Pediatric MRI Data Repository
This multi-site longitudinal study used technologies (anatomical MRI, diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), and MR spectroscopy (MRS)) to map pediatric brain development and has been organized around two age cohorts, or "Objectives". Data collection began in November 2001 and ended in August 2007.

NIH Supported Data Sharing Repositories
This table lists NIH-supported data repositories that make data accessible for reuse. Most accept submissions of appropriate data from NIH-funded investigators (and others), but some restrict data submission to only those researchers involved in a specific research network. Also included are resources that aggregate information about biomedical data and information sharing systems. The table can be sorted according by name and by NIH Institute or Center and may be searched using keywords so that you can find repositories more relevant to your data.
