DACA Updates

Due to federal court orders, USCIS is not accepting new DACA requests. USCIS is also not accepting or approving advance parole requests from DACA recipients.

DACA cases are being decided by the Supreme Court. Oral arguments were heard on November 12th, 2019. The Supreme Court's decision will be issued between January and June 2020.
