Federal Law: United States Code

In addition to the main law databases (Lexis Advance, Westlaw, and Bloomberg Law), you can find the U.S. Code in the sources below. Labor issues are primarily located in Title 29, but please note that statutes relevant to labor and employment may also be addressed in other titles of the Code.

The Code of Federal Regulations

Government agencies have the authority to establish regulations. The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is the codified set of these regulations. It is updated annually. In addition to the major law databases, you can find the CFR in the sources below.
