The University of Chicago has partnered with Box to deliver file sharing to faculty, staff, and students.  


Go to to claim your account and begin to store and organize your materials.  With UChicagoBox, you can create nested folders, share resources, and write memos using Box Notes.

Google Drive

The University of Chicago Information Technology Services makes Google Apps for Education available to all faculty, students, and staff at the University of Chicago.  

Instructions for using the Google Apps, which include Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sites, Google Calendar and Gmail can be found at the Google Apps Learning Center.  Information about how to download Google Drive to your computer desktop can be found here.
