Katrina Powers is a doctoral candidate in Romance Languages and Literatures at the University of Chicago. Her dissertation, "What Was She Wearing?: Looking at Susanna in Golden Age Spain," focuses on the image of Susanna and the Elders in European Renaissance and Baroque art, and in Spanish theater and poetry from 1550 to 1680. She authored the Guide to Early Printed Books thanks to a GGI summer internship from U Chicago GRAD in 2016.
