Finding HR literature at the University of Chicago Library

This guide offers basic information about how to find books, articles, journals, and government information relating to human resource management, including such topics as recruiting, onboarding, performance management, organization  development, and statistics, laws and legislation.

The online and print collections of the Library encompass all areas of HR management.  The Library's online collections, generally the best place to start for HR information, provide access to current and historical journals, articles, books on business and HR topics, and government information.  The print collections provide access to business literature, historical journals, articles and government information.
