National Organizations
- Migration Policy InstituteBipartisan research organization. Produces reports on a wide variety of issues relating to immigration and migration in the United States.
- NCLR (National Council of La Raza)Hispanic civil rights and advocacy group. Publishes research reports, issue reports, fact sheets, etc. Immigration is a major focus areas.
- National Immigrant Justice CenterAdvocacy and legal support group for immigrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. Publishes policy briefs and reports in support of its mission.
- Center for Immigration Studies"Low-immigration, pro-immigrant." Group advocates for restrictive immigration laws. Publishes research reports, op-eds, etc.
International Organizations
- Human Rights Watch - MigrantsHRW has a worldwide focus, but does substantial research on migration throughout the western hemisphere.
- International Organization for MigrationIntergovernmental organization with 149 member states and numerous observers. Works with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners on migration and development, facilitating migration, regulating migration and forced migration.
- United Nations - International MigrationTracks data and trends on internally displaced persons, refugees, and migrants.
