Information on accessing the Thomson ONE database.

About Thomson ONE

Thomson ONE brings together company information from a variety of sources that are produced by Thomson Reuters. This includes company financials and filings, mergers and acquisition data and analyst reports.

You must use Internet Explorer to access the database.
Thomson ONE has a limited number of simultaneous users. If you receive an error message that all IDs are in use, you will have to wait and access the database later.

Turn off popup blocking when using Thomson ONE. You must use Internet Explorer to access the database.

Thomson ONE is administered by the Booth School of Business and questions on access or what is included in our subscription should be directed to their IT Services Helpdesk

Technical Restrictions on Access

You may need to use IE's Compatibility Mode for full functionality in Thomson ONE.

Mac Users: Access Thomson ONE through vLab

Mac users can access Thomson ONE through IT Services vLab, a Windows server that hosts statistical and other specialized software. You will need to install Remote Desktop Software.

If you are off-campus, you must also be connected to a University VPN.

Connecting to vLab

Launch Remote Desktop Client and enter to initiate a connection.

Your credentials are your CNetID and password. Change the domain to adlocal

You can now launch Internet Explorer and navigate to this page to connect to the database.
