Domains & Structures

The Structure group of the NCBI Computational Biology Branch focuses on four areas:

  1. Macromolecular structures - Structure
  2. Conserved domains and protein classification - Conserved Domain Database (CDD)
  3. Small molecules and their biological activity - PubChem
  4. Biological systems - BioSystems Database
